I lost my father to undiagnosed Type 2 Diabetes in early August 2012, and later that month was diagnosed with the disease myself (as well as high blood pressure and high cholesterol).
Whilst I am not against pharmacuetical drugs, I wanted to find a better way to deal with the problem - to tackle the cause and not just take drugs to deal with the symptoms.
And so, after dealing with my own issues, i-Nutrition was born. I now spend my time helping others that want to embark on the same journey of improving their diet, health and energy levels, and enjoying a better quality of life.

Month 1: 45-60 minute weekly accountability/coaching sessions
Months 2-9: 45-60 minute fortnightly accountability/coaching sessions
Phone/email/WhatsApp support between sessions

Receive a welcome pack/folder for use during and after the programme in the post
Enjoy a greater understanding of Type 2 Diabetes management as well as ways to improve your health, diet, lifestyle
Benefit from an improved mindset and relationship with food
Learn long term Type 2 Diabetes management strategies that should last you for the rest of your life
Be held accountable for the actions that you take/do not take whilst on the programme
Be required to weigh and measure yourself, take daily blood sugar readings and complete a daily online food diary via an app whilst on the programme
